I like the idea that we are long descendents

of alien and human interaction, sexual interaction

from like--

Sexual interaction?

Yeah and there's a gene pool.

Sigapel said nothing about sexual interactions.

I wanna get freaky with an alien.

I'm M. Night Shyamalan, I wrote and directed Glass.

I'm James McAvoy and I play 20 people in this film.

My name is Sarah Paulson and I play one person

and her name is Doctor Ellie Staple.

And so what we're gonna do is

look at theories the fans have and see

if there's any validity--

To any of them.

To any of them.

They're all valid.

So kind of you James.

See who's right, and who's an idiot, no!

No no no, he didn't mean that.

No he did.

darrylthedudeWayne thinks, it's all in one man's head.

Huh.

What if Elijah, David, and Kevin/The Beast

represent various aspects of one man

and this man was an asylum escapee

who developed DID after losing his wife and child

who could be named Elijah and Kevin,

and he has imagined the three characters in his head.

Now that would be one hell of a twist.

darrylthedudeWayne, really going for it.

So my wife, who's called Elijah?

Yeah, it was weirdly worded, you're right.

Wait, after losing his

[Both] Wife and his child,

The escapee he's saying would be named Elijah or Kevin.

Is Elijah a dual-sex name?

Well there was an extra on the Glass set--

Uh, background artist.

Yes, background artist, named Elijah, female.

Really? For real?

Yes, for real.

Well there you go, so.

Oh well that blows me out of the water.

It's definitely not what happens in the film,

we can say that, but it would be interesting.

But I think the whole, it was all in one guys head,

oh and then he woke up and it was all a dream,

is a cool twist, but I just think we've seen it

a few times and nobodies willing

to watch it again right now.

To be fair, darrylthedude.

Darryl you're still the dude.

The dude Wayne.

He's still the dude.

Victor871129 asks.

It sounds like some fucking call sign in M.A.S.H.

Victor, victor 871129.

Is there a missing third solo move in this franchise?

Uh, wait a minute, Han Solo movie?

That's what I thought, but.

[James] Free Solo.

Well let's see what he's saying.

Okay, just be patient.

Sorry! Just be patient.

The Glass trailer has a number three theme

all over it, check the three of them in chairs,

the three little windows on the door, wow.

I think the director is saying to us

we are all missing a third released movie by him.

That's what you're saying.

Think about it, Unbreakable is a story of Mr. Glass,

Split is the story of the Horde,

we need to find another movie with the story of Dunn,

Bruce Willis, maybe that story is in The Sixth Sense

and David Dunn's super power is

that he has taken the body of several men through centuries,

he can live and die at will,

but he could become a ghost sometimes,

what a twist!

Maybe Cole will also appear?

Cole?

[Sarah] That's what it said.

That's the child in Sixth Sense, his name.

Victor8711, what do you think about this?

I'm stunned.

You know, Unbreakable for me was David Dunn's origin story,

Split was the Horde's origin story,

and then it's called Glass 'cause it's Glasses theory.

The solo movie you're talking about will be

Ellie Staple's origin story.

I thought that.

That will be the next installment.

I think we wanna know, does she have any cats,

does she have a boyfriend, does she have a girlfriend,

does she, you know, what is her story?

Maybe Doctor Ellie Staple has been living through

multiple centuries because the idea

of somebody doing that is an interesting thing.

You know like a Dorian Gray type figure.-

You're just trying to round it back

and give support to Victor871129.

I am because I realized I was a bit of a douchebag

to you a minute ago, and I'm trying to be like,

yeah no, it's really cool Victor87219.

He's like, you're good, you're smart, I like it.

You started out so supportive of everybody

and then it just got dark.

Sigapel thinks.

You did that pretty well.

Sigapel. Sigapel.

Thinks Glass and Signs occur in the same universe.

Glass and signs occur in the same universe.

In Unbreakable Elijah explains how he shares

a weakness with David, water.

If Kevin has the same weakness and in the trailer

we can see him surrendering when it's raining,

maybe all the people with powers in the Unbreakable universe

could be related to the aliens in Signs

since they were also weak against water.

Ooh, that's good.

In Signs the aliens sprayed something on the humans

and maybe that infected the humans with an alien toxin

in turn giving them alien abilities.

Alien abilities.

[James] That's pretty good, I like that!

That's not bad, that's legit.

I'm gonna come down hard on that one,

'cause what are alien abilities?

Unusual I guess is what he's saying,

unexplainable.

But he's using a word--

Abilities that humans don't have.

Go ahead, tear him up, go ahead.

But I wanna know, do you mean alien abilities

like other abilities or you mean literal alien abilities.

I know the aliens in Signs, but.

Yeah, yeah, interesting.

Do you see what I'm saying?

I'm not sure.

Sigapel, could Sigapel be an alien name as well?

Sigapel man, you killed it.

For James McAvoy, Brainwashedjosh thinks

Casey Cooke [from Split] either has

mad skills or superpowers.

There are several hints; in the movie poster

there's a color scheme, if you'll notice Mr. Glass

and the Beast are the complimentary colors

purple and yellow, David Dunn's color is green,

the base Mr. Glass and David's color are motley worn

in Unbreakable; Mr. Glass has a purple suit

and David wears a green raincloak.

Casey Cooke's color must be red.

Mr. Glass uses an interesting choice of words

when meeting David for the first time in Unbreakable.

If there is someone like me in the world,

and I am at one end of the spectrum,

couldn't there be someone the opposite of me

at the other end?

I bet the writers phrased, the writer phrased it

in this way on purpose.

This means Casey and the Beast are opposites,

similar to if you look at a color wheel

you'll see complimentary colors are on opposite sides.

The movie poster is hinting at that direction.

[snoring]

[laughing]

I'm sorry.

Um, Brainwashedjosh. Brainswashedjosh.

Here's the deal.

No, I see your point, I think I see your point.

I think you're saying that if I'm yellow, she's red,

and red and yellow are opposite ends of the spectrum.

I'm not sure that's an accurate thing

that yellow and red are opposite ends of the spectrum

my friend, but you know if you're painting,

if I'm drawing the sun with my kid

and I've got crayons out I'm putting yellow and red

in the sun with a little fleck of black every now and again,

so you know, maybe.

'Cause I'm an artist, just so you know,

just wanna say it.

I'm a really good dad, just throwing it in there.

And I'm a really good dad, just FYI, I play with the kids.

Um, I don't know that even if she is represented

by that color that means she's got super powers

or mad skills.

She does have some made skills,

she does have some really important social skills

that she's learned because of the bad things

that've happened to her, she's learned to take a lot of pain

and that served her really well in Split.

That could be mad skills, but I don't think

that she has to be wearing red.

Are we sort of saying, she's like Little Red Riding Hood?

I don't know what they were going,

there were so many things that was confusing

a little bit.

I mean if that mythology is coming into [mumbling]

[Both] I'm the big bad wolf.

I was like, maybe I'm not the big bad wolf,

maybe I'm just the 20 little piggies

that are trying to help her or something like that.

20 little piggies.

No, there's not 20, there's no piggies in Red Riding Hood.

That's why I was thinking about the gingerbread house,

is that the same story?

You're confusing, you're both confusing.

That's Hansel and Gretel, we don't know anything.

Brycejm 1991, I'm getting all the ones with the numbers

thinks there's something up with Casey too.

Casey's power might be invisibility.

Mm, well in a way.

I think she might have powers based on the fact

that Dennis did not notice her in the car

until she tried to get out.

This implies her power might be invisibility

to a certain degree.

I realize that could be chalked up to Dennis

just not noticing, but that doesn't make sense

with his personality being OCD, there's no way

he would miss an extra person.

That's really cool, by the way, that's really cool

and there was a whole thing about invisibility,

but it's not a power.

About Casey having it?

Casey, yeah, but you know.

Oh, because it was her way of protecting herself.

Yeah, she just doesn't want to be looked at

and that's fine, you know there's certain people

who have learned to disappear you know in a crowd

and they don't want you to be looked at.

And she's so much that, that he was hyper focused

on these two girls he was following

that he didn't realize that there was a third girl

in the car and then he decides to make a decision.

Should I take her, should I take this extra girl or not?

A break from the plan.

And then he's like.

Yeah, exactly.

I remember that from the movie you guys.

So that was a big thing, and then in Glass

you see her and she's okay being looked at

and in the school and everybody's looking at her

and she, you know, she's found a little of her

self worth. Center, yeah.

Yeah from your character.

Really cool man.

For Night.

User DarkTowerJW says.

Ooh, good DarkTower.

Dunn's son is an empath.

I believe that Dunn's son is an empath.

I think he'll have a major role in the movie,

being a way to cage the Beast.

In Unbreakable he is very sensitive, cries a lot.

Aw, Spencer.

He was a child. He was a boy.

It's called being a child.

When Dunn gets out of the hospital in the beginning

the boy puts his parents hands together

then they eventually fall in love again,

Also the scene where he's about to shoot his dad,

he's a child with a child's fate, he's a child,

why didn't he shoot?

He felt his parent's fear, he felt the truth of his dad

going to leave if he pulled the trigger.

He's basically describing all aspects of a child.

This is all factual what you've said, it's just not

what happens in the movie, but I like you a lot

DarkTowerJW.

Do you really like him?

Well he's just wrong, but I'm appreciating his,

I appreciate his assessments and his awareness of this.

Yeah, those are beautiful moments remember?

I think so too.

Like holding the hands and things like that.

It'd be interesting to stick an empath

or a telepath or something of that in there

and see what happens in a mental institution.

Yeah, I mean that's the thing.

Are there people who are actually telling the truth

in some mental institution, but we say,

you can't do that, you can't.

[Both] Wow!

That was amazing that really

a lot of cool theories.

Some of them touched on things that may in fact

not have anything to do with the movie,

but I liked.

No!

[laughing]

I don't think any of them touched on anything

to do with the film, but I do think

that they were cool.

They were cool, yeah.

Maybe you guys should go out and make

each of those movies yourself.

Yes yeah, definitely.

Because that could be kinda cool.

That would be cool.

Thank you for all your theories,

it was really, really cool.

Yeah, thank you guys.

I keep doing this today, as if I'm religious

and I'm not.

Yes, it's an emoji and you've just become.

Oh, I'm an emoji.

The prayer emoji, yeah.

The Hindu thing you got.

[laughing]
